Andrew Klavan: I’m Angry, So I’m Going to Vote for Donald Trump
So Trump supporters are angry about all these things, they should calm down and make a rational decision about who they support. Anger is the fuel that blinds them from the truth that Donald is a liar, bigot, misogynist, "shmuck". Problems with illegal emigration, trade, Muslim extremest, campaign's bought and paid for by special interests, national debt, should be left to those with a more moderate, thoughtful, presidential demeanor. Forget all the bold faced lies and promises Americans have heard from the left and right, about what they are going to do for you and help you as they calmly turn their back and bow to the big money and special interest that got them elected in the first place. Anger over taxation without representation fueled the American Revolution, but I guess those people should have waited for a more calm, rational solution.
I am not what you would call a Trump supporter, but there are three things he happens to agree with me on. America is the greatest market in the world, protect it and the American worker. Free trade is not necessarily fair trade. Illegal emigration is not a good thing. Do not go to war in the middle east for an extended period of time-you will lose. Oh yeah, when we negotiate our interests around the world, we need not be so inept and yes "stupid".
He got me a few times. Anger is legitimate but it should be connected to reality. It rarely is.
