I see you don't watch the Daily Show very often. Stewart has a long history of mocking both parties. He is critical of both the left and right when he sees them acting foolishly. This has always been the case with him.
Stewart has a long history of mocking both parties.
But he's been most likely to mock Republicans. So it's quite significant when he takes out after Obama and Biden.
The left tends to be more willing to criticize its own when the situation merits. Perhaps it's the open mindedness thing. Even Maddow and Olbermann have a long list of O admin complaints. How often were you critical of Bush? Care to point out 1 or 2 instances?
Perhaps it's the open mindedness thing.
That's hilarious! Open minded?
As for Maddow and Olbermann, I'm sure they attack Obama from the left, since they are so extreme.
I've seldom if ever criticized Bush, since there was too mcuh low-hanging fruit in dealing with yahoo leftist attacks on him.
That's kind of the definition of liberal, is it not? Open to new ideas?

No, it's not. Statism is not a new idea. Hostility to religion is not a new idea.
Wanting to shut up people who disagree with you is not a new idea.
